I use this lotion all year round and I am very happy with it for keeping my skin comfortable. The pump bottle is another matter. Thankfully in transit leakage doesn't happen now, but there always seems to be a lot left when the pump will give no more. I have tried warming the bottle in hot water and pouring, but that doesn't work. I have now cut open several of my 'empty' bottles and there's usually enough there for me to use for a couple of days. Please can you make the pump more effective.
