Using for dry heals & slightly swollen ankles due to edema. Has a distinct peppermint smell. Very mild & soothing/relaxing. After 5 days of applying once a day, I can see a little difference in how my feet are looking Relaxes the affected area when applied on. Gives the soothing feeling for a long time. If you have edema or swelling you may want to see your doctor as this is just to give symptomatic relief. I definitely recommend this for people with dry feet or swollen ankles for temporary soothing relief. I placed order for a few more tubes as I will be using this regularly. Cracked heals need supplements from the inside also so do visit your doctor and use this cream as an add on for better results. I'm very happy with this product.
