Was very Happy with the product initially. However it was short lived. Purchased the bracelet in March end and within 5 month, the linkage broke off and there is no way to get In touch with the supplier/ manufacturer to get it fixed or repaired . It's a solid heavy duty product but no customer service. Would be happy if there was a way to fix it.

I really like the way that Yellow Chims products are designed and made; each item has an attractive, sophisticated appearance. This bracelet is particularly great, but I am afraid I will lose it because of its flimsy lock.I attempted to get in touch with customer service, but they do not care once their product is sold and stop responding. Very bad service.
