I don't know how this can be introduced to a baby if one by themselves can't eat it. The taste is not good at all.. I regret purchasing it. Also it made my baby constipated.. very heavy to digest.

I love Early Foods products but unfortunately this porridge is not even close to my child’s favorite. It’s too bitter and that makes it hard for my little guy to swallow after a point. So I mix a little with the Ragi porridge as I have to finish it off. I don’t follow the instructions for cooking on the box. I pour enough water to mix the powder well to rid off any lumps. Then I add a little more water and heat it on the stove while stirring continuously. As soon as it starts to thicken, I take it off the fire and mix well. I let it sit a bit before feeding.
