Since in to healthy life after lot of research i went with this. I use to hav it as an overnight breakfast. Compare to normal this is little chewy. But now am use to it. And it takes much time than normal oats but does it's job

The product is not bad at all. But takes very long to cook even after roughly powdered in mixie. Have to pressure cook with 3 whistles. Impossible to cook them as they are. Have to powder them.
