I have tried many different apple cider vinegars but this one by dabur is really good and I liked it. I have ACV everyday with warm water for my fulfilling my fitness goals and I must say I am really impressed with this one. It is truly unfiltered acv with mother and you can see the sediments floating inside the bottle. You have to shake it well before pouring it in a glass, I won't say that this tastes really good because it never and you have to really develop taste for it. It gives me the feeling of fullness, because you just can't overeat after having this. I have lost more than 1 kg in one week of having it but ofcourse you have to maintain your diet and exercise along with it. You can even rinse your hair with it after shampooing to get rid of those unwanted dandruffs from your scalp, you just have to mix one cap of this in one jug of water and rinse your hair with it. Its packaging is also good , it comes in a sturdy and stylist plastic bottle which you can carry anywhere. And last not the least this is economic and brought by a very trusted Indian brand Dabur, which is the need of the hour. Will recommend this to all.

500 mL for 180 INR is not at all. I am amazed by the way it speeds up my metabolism, because of which wastes are flushed out of my body at regular intervals. I believe it is one of the reasons my skin started clearing up. The smell is pungent and taste is quite strong, so I recommend to mix 5 mL of ACV with a cup of water. That's the concentration that I prefer, it may not be same for other people. FYI the product is marketed by Dabur and produced by The Unati Co-op.
