There is simply very little taste of lime, but surely you can taste vinegar on the throat. Can be good for cooking but it can not replace the fresh lemon, althought some companies are making good concentrates but than fresh is always better and this isn't what we had expected.

I am a maharastrian and I used to buy Kokam from Kokam Shoppy(a local chain) which is way cheaper. However, it's not available where I live so it's good to just get it even for the price I am paying. It's good enough.
