Not quite sure why but the product sold by American garden(not healthy) tastes much better than this.I think I may have got a bad batch but not risking buying it again.Going back to brown rice syrup.

I don’t know how to compare this maple syrup when it comes to quality since I have not tried other brands but I feel it’s not that great an upgrade over honey. It’s like any other normal honey based sweetener.

I have always bought the Canadian organic maple syrup and bought this only to try and contribute to a bit to a an Indian organization's revenue. The taste of the maple syrup is off and its very sweet. It tastes more like liquid jiggery.
