It doesn’t taste like maple syrup. It rather tastes like jaggery. I know the taste n flavor of maple syrup, big fan of it. I like jaggery/gur too. But jaggery doesn’t cost so much!! So, it’s safe to accept that I have been duped.

I have always bought the Canadian organic maple syrup and bought this only to try and contribute to a bit to a an Indian organization's revenue. The taste of the maple syrup is off and its very sweet. It tastes more like liquid jiggery.
