I have PCOS and my periods is always late. The first time I bought this and drank, my late periods came within a few days. I thought it was just a coincidence. But I kept drinking it anyway. Then I stopped buying it. after 2 years now, I again bought it and again, I got my periods sooner than usual. I kept drinking it for a month and I got my next periods around the same time. Its becoming regular. I don't if it's the tea but I believe it is bcos I have not done anything differently other than that I started drinking this tea. Maybe it works. It works for me. Can't hurt to try.

I can't speak on the PCOS relief part just yet, as I only bought this a few days back. I have to say the taste is much better than normal green tea, I did not find any bitterness in the taste. Didn't feel the need to add sugar also. The Minty taste after each sip is really relaxing. I would recommend this to everyone.
