It deflected the yeast's action. I tried in 100% whole wheat & multi grain atta but very disheartening results. Earlier Without the improver the bread was fine. Bought this this one to add extra volume but it is just the opposite.

Advantages
This works well. It contain enzyme to convert starch to glucose that speeds up process of rising. But also contain emulsifier that I dont like. I just hope its not having any harmful quantity of chemicals. Don't know that... But work well.
