This product appeared promising from reviews but when I unscrewed the lid the seal was bulging out. Soon thereafter it popped & a lot of gas escaped with a hiss. In canned foods that generally means there is anaerobic fermentation going on Botulism a fatal disease also starts in this manner. I am disappointed & unsure whether to use this productThe ingredients list offers no cluesTill the manufacturer addresss this I recommend avoid buying

It deflected the yeast's action. I tried in 100% whole wheat & multi grain atta but very disheartening results. Earlier Without the improver the bread was fine. Bought this this one to add extra volume but it is just the opposite.
