Update :On the second try I added more of this bread improver (three heaped teaspoons) and got much better results. Bread rose better and was softer. Rating updated to 4 stars.Original review :For 150 gm white wheat flour (maida) and 600 gm whole wheat flour (atta) I used two heaped teaspoons of this bread improver. I use Gloripan yeast. I did not find much difference after using this product - the bread was (very) slightly softer, that's all.Maybe I was expecting too much ?!
