This is the first time i baked a cake in pressure cooker and it was great (my first experience of baking cake in a convection oven was not so good). Cake didn't rise upto my expectatios, resulting in a li'l denser cake but still it was soft and spongy (if not too much). I liked it, soon will be ordering more.

A little messy to make...initially appears unpalatable. But make sure you taste it after 6-8 hours...tastes heavenly. The sauce needs just a wee bit of heating, leave it at a free flowing consistency. It is sheer bliss

It was very tasty and fluffy when it was ready but to make it moist I added sugar syrup after the cake was cooled down. Later added whipped cream with some vanilla flavour on top. It was great to be a cooker cake yet so tasty??
