1 unit will suffice a couple's or a single person's cooking needs. Families will need more. I bought this since I have a sensitive gut and arrowroot powder is a great alternative to corn flour as a thickening agent. This one does the job well, I have made more than 15 veg cutlets in just one spoonful of arrowroot powder and also used the same qty for thickening pumpkin soup, and chicken curry. The question is how much of it could be adulterated, to which I don't have an opinion.

It's a fraud, on packet write 150gm but when I scale it's only 75gm . Half of the weight as shown. Same with potato starch of this company. Potatoe startch packet is 500gm but i received only 350 gm. Totally fraud. I never purchase from this company

Good replacement for corn flour..when replacing it with corn flour - use half the quantity than u would have used of corn flour.. also curdles up when subjected to heat - like making a slurry and using it for making Chinese - otherwise definitely a healthier option than corn flour
