Maybe due to high temperatures the chocochips had a deformed shape and it was not at all easy to seperate each one of them. It just looked like a big normal chocolate bar as all the chocochips have been stuck with each other. *I recommend not to buy it online rather buy it from a store* because they keep it in freezers so that the chocochips don't melt and change their shape.
