This is a really nice tasting lite coconut milk. I add it to curries and ice creams that all for Lite milk. Slightly sweet and blends well with other ingredients.

It is not sweet like our coconut and taste was something different but coconut. I used it for my cake with coconut cream. It's consistency was like our amul fresh cream after freezing it thickes up but doesn't help me with cake. So I used it make ganache instead of whipped cream as it has 21% of fat content.

Did not reduce as was hoping while cooking, but has very little preservatives in it so it's okay I guess. Was pretty thin in consistency as it should be and not thickened with emulsifiers etc.
