So... this pack has 1g of net carbs per roti, the blue pack of same Lo has 3g of net carbs. I am trying to have a stricter keto diet . I have tried ketofy's keto roti (0.4g net carbs).. it is goood.... but it has a aftertaste which is bitter..... while the wheat roti we all are used to have a sweetness in the end which hits the spot. Hence I thought of trying Lo, I ordered both 3g net carb version and this 1g net carb version. Both are really nice. The 3g version is easy to roll.. doesnt break easily... but has little more of coconut powder taste(as I felt). But this one has taken my heart. It is really tasty and dude just 1g net carbs in my roti. So I have 2 rotis... with any of my fvrt paneer dishes/bhindi fry/leafy vegetables curry. The rotis arent just free from carbs.. but instead they are full with protein .. vitamins and hence a good investment on health.

Impressed initially that finally vegetarians can do keto while having rotis. I was expecting it to be similar to wheat roti but I'm wrong. You cannot eat this daily. Maybe one time or mix with normal atta to make it multigrain but won't work out if you are expecting it to taste like regular chapati/phulka/roti/poori. I'm actually shocked to see these many good reviews, God knows how these people are able to eat this.
