Recipe: Quinoa Crackers Ingredients: 1. 1 cup Organic Tattva quinoa flour 2. ½ tsp salt 3. 1 tsp garlic powder or dry herbs of your choice 4. â cup warm water + 3-4 Tbsp more if needed 5. 2 Tbsp edible coconut oil melted or any vegetable oil of your choice 6. coarse sea salt/salt flakesSteps: 1. Combine quinoa flour and seasonings in a bowl. Then create a well in the middle and add water and melted coconut oil. 2. Mix well to form a dough kneading with your hands. 3. Roll out dough thin and cut into 1-inch crackers using a knife or a pizza cutter and transfer to a lined baking sheet. Poke holes in each cracker and sprinkle with salt flakes. 4.
