Ragi is a healthier alternative to regular atta. Rotis are a big fatter but try making pancakes and have it with honey. Oh man! they are so tasty. ????Picked up the recipie in Cafe Lota, Delhi, I must thank them for adding this to my options in the list of permenant dishes for various meals.I cannot say for sure because I've been watching my diet but I think Raagi will also help you with weight loss if you regularly eat atta rotis. ????The product itself was up to the mark. Taste is good and packing is also sturdy. Had to take it overseas and it survived the rigours of the journey.Happy with the product. ????????
