Loved it. Taste and smell of pure authentic ghee. I tried the quality test of it by melting it over boiling water. Within 1 min, 2 tbsp ghee was melted whereas I bought 1 kg ghee locally, that took a bit of time to melt thoroughly. Anveshan ghee did not stick onto top of my palate whereas locally bought ghee did that. You can trust on the quality of the ghee from this brand. Hope they don't manually inseminate the cows for increasing the yield. Not sure on that. But it's good that no injection was given to cows for yield. That's one of the good signs. Will be buying more.
