Advantages
Its a good quality cow ghee but definitely there are better ones in the market. I am not going to reorder this ghee for sure as for the same price I am getting better quality of ghee as per my choice i.e. more granular, more aromatic , more tasty.

Authentic aromatic cow ghee
Silkrute Customer
Advantages
It tasted and smelled like any other Ghee purchased in the market. Nothing distinct to say this is Pure Cow ghee. We have had Cow ghee quite long before and this taste is no where near it as I remember.

Disadvantages
Okay I'll be honest, looking at the good reviews and cheaper price as compared to other Bilona method ghee I decided to buy this product. But I have to admit, the aroma you get from home made desi ghee is missing in Barosi Ghee. Also the consistency is rather too smooth (which is unlike a pure ghee that has small lumps in it). It also remains solid even in 35-40 degree temperature. Although I did Iodine test on this ghee, and it passed it with flying colors which indicates that it does not have starch related adulteration in it. But something is clearly not right about this one, and I can't put my fingers on it. So yeah I am not sure.
