Fresh, natural & wholesome - Milk that speaks for itself. Still, there's a story to be told, and a pretty interesting one! How we came to be? During our childhood, Maa used to give us a glassful of milk right out of a clay pot as soon as we got back from school. This clay pot was kept in a Barosi. Barosi is a small pit dug on the ground lined with wooden pieces and cow dung cakes for heating the clay pot on a very low flame. After sitting for a couple of hours in the simmering flame of Barosi, the milk gets an amazingly earthy aroma. Yes, we can still smell it! And this memory is what gave birth to our brand - Barosi.

Barosi A2 desi ghee cow ghee is natural, delicious, Healthy and totally a superfood. I always put 1 tbsp of ghee in my kids dal/rice/roti or any food. Great packaging also - glass jar that is packed in sustainable covering (double box - attached image too). Fully satisfied .

Just loved this ghee. After trying several brands, i came across Barosi ghee in Silkrute. Good part is it doesn’t have that overpowering smell or flavor. We use ghee on daily basis while cooking, even i use it while making toasts, sandwiches etc. and the taste and flavor is just astonishing.The packaging is good too, It comes in a glass jar which is also a plus for me.

I will give full marks to this brand right from packaging( carefully packed glass jars) to the colour, its consistency , taste and the aroma, its just awesome.I use ghee on daily basis while cooking, even i use it while making toasts, sandwiches etc and the taste amd flavour is just amazing.Its truely hand churned cow ghee as it claims.I will recommend this ghee to everyone. Price is slightly steep but the money spent is worth it.

This ghee arrived in good looking bottles in a well packed box without any damage. The colour was clear. However, it lacks the rich flavour and aroma of pure gawa ( cow's milk ) ghee. A trifle underwhelmed.
