This is for real the best A2 Gir Cow Organic ghee. There are other brands in Market who add food color, other chemicals to maintain solid texture, smell and color of ghee in every bottle. People also have this misconception that ghee should be solid or dark yellow, that's false. It completely depends on cows surrounding weather. Also when I talked with girorganic customer care they explained me everything about ghee saying that this is natural product it's color, smell and texture completely depends on gir cows surrounding environment. Also it's smell, color and texture changes in every bottle. There's no possible way one can get a same ghee in every bottle. Good Work Girorganic. Texture and color of any pure Cow Ghee will always change based on weather, feed and month. ( You may also add other factors like age, mood, place, etc) 2. Aroma and Taste are the key identifier for Pure Desi Cow Ghee. This takes years of experience and our mothers/grandmother's feedback will always come handy for identifying pure Cow Ghee. Smell, Taste of raw ghee will tell you a lot. My Experience: ( please take a note that, our quality expectations are very high, since we have always prepared cow ghee at home using traditional method) 1. I had purchased 500 ml of GirOrganic ghee and it did meet expectations of a pure desi A2 cow ghee. 2. I went ahead and purchased 1000 ml of GirOrganic ghee based on my experience and due to some quality reasons we were not satisfied. Long story short - Few days before, we got another 1000 ml of GirOrganic ghee which met our quality expectations. I really like how the GirOrganic team takes feedback about their product. I don't want to emphasize on taste, aroma and benefits of this pure A2 cow ghee, because its mentioned in their product description. Summary: 1. For beginners who want to get benefits of this Pure A2 cow ghee, consider 500 ml as a start. 2. For regulars, based on your requirement you may consider 1000 ml as its cost effective as well.
