Let me explain you guys in brief! I recieved this ghee today didn't used the product much but packaging is top notch,"Tasted this ghee here is my first impressions:-1. I see some of comments about aroma let me tell if you ever consumed a real bilona ghee you will be familiar with this kind of smellSome people who used to consume ghee before they are factory made ghee made or ghee that used to made in home are from malai of the milk hence that ghee has very creamy taste and milky aroma and very slight sweet taste2. Speaking about its taste and aromaIt has little curd and sour smell with little sour taste very little you can't really taste that but if you compare it side by side you will notice that! Its obvious because this is supposed to made with curdIn my village my dada used to own cows so consuming milk and milk products I'm very familiar with this kind of tasteVerdict:- this ghee feels authentic to me one more thing if you buy this in summer season you will notice slight foaming on top that's normal that's every ghee vendor does they simmer the makkhan for little less time so they can get maximum yield of the ghee , if you want more grainy texture simmer this ghee in mud pot for some time you will get little less ghee but its shelf life will increase by 10 yearsP.s- this isn't a paid review

Sivanesan
Disadvantages
As an ardent A2 ghee consumer, we can tell A2 ghee is grainy in looks, feel and taste. But this ghee is more waxy and not at all grainy. We've serious doubts about their claims of hand churned bilona method from curd etc...it appears like Chinese wax infiltration and we're mulling to get it lab tested sooner than later.
