I never thought I will be writing review about this ghee in its praise.Based on my past research & experience with other brands’ “So called” Gir gaumata’s A2 Ghee, I had no hopes but positive reviews here on Silkrute compelled me to try this A2 Ghee of Gir’s gaumata. The taste, aroma, texture and whatever detalis you have came across about this ghee is LITERALLY true and is present in this ghee. It melts in the mouth and has mild but heavenly aroma of pure ghee of Vedic humped Gaumata I had during my childhood in my village in the 90’s.In my search for Gir’s A2 ghee I was prepared to spend 2-3 times more price for pure Ghee and even thought of trying one from Ishashavyam but its recent review forced me to look for other brands and mostly new ones who will focus more on quality in the beginning.Earlier I tried Shree Radhey’s ghee and it was not even Ghee. It didnt smell like ghee nor it looked like ghee but it was some oil in light greenish yellow colour. This ghee will let you know not just about pure A2 Ghee from Gir but also what difference it makes to prepare Ghee from traditional Bilona method.I am born and bred in a village and I have strong stomach (even at age of 27) to easily digest 2 litres of cow’s milk in a single day and I have average health, not fat by any standard. Till now I tried 2 spoons right now in the night and It was heavenly. It just melted in my mouth. I will also be using few drops in my naval as its dry season of winter now. I am confident I will finish this 500 ml ghee in maximum 7 days.I remember the aroma of pure ghee from my childhood ,in my village house, which could spread 100’s of meters and most of the villagers would know about it. The strength of aroma in this ghee may not be the same but its sweetness is definitely the same.I will stick to this brand untill it starts compromising with the quality ,which it may probably will do, when sale starts to grow in the future. This is not just Ghee. Its the nectar of the mother nature or the Gaumata from Gir.Thanks for reading. ??????

Well first it's an amazing ghee, once you taste it you will find a major difference between the normal commercial ghee and this one. Seems authentic, it does come with a wooden spoon. The spoon is small standard size. However, for the amount of 1000 Rs for a 500ml bottle seems to be streach. They should bring the price down a bit then it will be a good quality value for money product.
