Olive-Pomace oil is made from the residue left after producing virgin olive oil. It is the lowest grade, and it amuses me to see other reviewers think they are consuming virgin olive oil. The taste is correspondingly highly inferior compared to actual virgin olive oil. Also very overpriced for a low quality product. Would not buy again.
