seems to be pure quality as the smell is too strong. Being a North Indian, I tried to cook my regular veggies in it and it bombed. the taste gets too coconuty and the dish gets difficult to eat. Must try cooking the curries which gel with coconut. Or may try using it as head and body massage oil.
