Awful buy. The sugar is in powder form. I added it to tea just now and it tasted terrible. Had to throw out the whole packet. A huge waste of money for me.

The problem with palm sugar is that it solidify when it gets contact with air. But these guys has packed it so well that air does't reach to it at all. Plus the palm sugar is also of very good quality. Love it and will buy it again.

I have been using this product for the last one year and had been pretty satisfied with it, even though it is expensive. However, this time when I opened the packet delivered in October 2019, the product seemed to be different both in texture and colour. It is of a fine ground powder texture rather than it's usual rough, more granular one and the colour also is pale whitish brown instead of the earlier rich brown. Could the manufacturer or the seller or Amazon please look into the matter and clarify?
