We have been using it for a while now as it is a healthier option to sugar. We like the sweetness of this jaggery powder as we find it mildly sweet. I have used it in tea, coffee, cakes, sweets, anywhere where I would have otherwise used sugar. In fact, tasting a cake made with this jaggery powder, we haven’t liked cakes made with sugar.
