Good, pure jaggery. No dirt or grime, and it tastes very good. Only problem is the packaging as mentioned. We took a chance, but the container was entirely damaged. The plastic was literally in pieces, and fortunately it didn't contaminate the jaggery. We put the exposed part of the jaggery in boiling hot water for decontamination just in case. Will think before ordering again.

Terrible packaging! A very light plastic box for a 1 kg brick of jaggery, was completely broken by the time it reached me. Don't know what it does to the quality of the product - needs urgent attention by the manufacturer. Taste and softness-wise, it's an okay product.

Thank you so much for using less plastic, I thought it would be in plastic containers. The package was beautifully packed in paper boxes, I loved it. The quality of the jaggery is superb in taste and texture. I am going to become a regular customer for this brand. Thank you to Silkrute for providing with amazing options. Edit: I ran out of my stock so I purchased again. This one is best brand to continue consuming jaggery from. Thanks again. Please do make it more eco friendly, reduce the inside plastic packaging

I have been using this for the last few years. The box used to be ant proof earlier but now it is a different pack. Hope they revert to old pvc box. But the quality is same now.
