Not blanched and definitely not flour. It's almond meal.. With skin on.. Have to pass it through a sieve every time before using or it's all gritty when used in a recipe. Good to make Indian sweets or if u dnt mind the texture in your keto food.

The product is not at all like almond flour.It has got chunks of almond in it.This kind of almond flour we can make at home by simply grinding almond in our mixie actually that will b better than this. After 20 days the seller called me up n assured me that they have called a product quality check and this won't happen again.I hope they keep there words. One more thing the pic that is there on the site is of blanched almond flour but the seller product is almond flour with the skin on. Dear seller pls post the pic of ur actual product.

It's tastes very bitter and not flour. It's looks like Dalia. Horrible product. Can't believe Amazon doesn't have quality checks of products they are recommending before giving Add. of the food products.
