I am sorry to inform you that the quality of dates sent by you is terrible. The dates are very small, half dried and has stinking odour. This is nothing less than cheating. I request you to take to take back the product and refund my money alternately inform me the name and address of CEO to whom I can send the packet to his/her personal use. I will bare the courier charges. I also intent to report the matter to the commerce ministry and health ministry of India for taking suitable action against the supplier.
