I liked the ease of ordering to get healthy foods to my family in India. Great health product, in a good quality packaging to keep it dust free & fresh instead of having to find a container for storage, tasty flavour. I disliked the request of OTP, as the Recipient is in India, whilst I’m in a timezone of 6 hours behind. The OTP is sent to my phone, which the recipient can’t possibly get immediately to accept the delivery! Frustratingly for both of us, he had to wait for 6+ hours to get an OTP from me, which also has a time limit ?????, call the courier to re-deliver, and then finally (sigh!) received the products sent to help with his recovery. OTP process should be changed by Amazon India, for it to be sent to the recipient’s phone, which can be quoted at the time of the order. It will save time for Amazon suppliers, couriers, and create customer satisfaction. Thanks.
