Opposite to the name it’s highly salted , you cannot even put this in your mouth for one second Really disappointed by the product , amla pieces are also broken and some in powdered form Will not recommend to anyone

Its toooooo salty..you donot feel you are eating dried amla.You feel you are just gulping salt.Not worth at all.Will cause you blood pressure.
