Munakkas are of not very good quality. I got a shock after opening one of the packets. The munakkas are very small, dirty and most of them are not edible. Company of your reputation is selling such product is really a shame. I know that this item is not refundable but I would suggest that you call these munakkas back and ask your supplier about the quality of the product supplied by him. There are three packs intact, I have opened only one and I was completely disappointed. The product is rotten. I hope that you wouldn't like to lose your regular customers.
