Its not so bitter in Taste. I am trying Quinoa for the 1st time. The best way to have Quinoa is to prepare it in small amount that you can eat in 1 or 2 times. It does not taste that good when you are preparing to eat it after 2 or 3 days later. Quality is fine. Protein content is also fine. Takes around half an hour to prepare. Overall a good product to try.

I prefer the tri color one from a rival company. Comparable in nutrition to brown rice and daal, is expensive though. Lots of people in the West are eating quinoa and it provides complete protein (good for strict vegetarians) but people in the native lands like Ecuador now can't afford to eat this and have switched to rice or so.
