These days in India all you get is thick reddish Chinese Cinnamon which not only tastes horrible but badly damages the liver. I still remember my childhood days of Doordarshan when life was simple and food tasted heavenly. Back then i still remember how the cinnamon used to be paper thin, brown color and when chewed it tasted to sweet and hot. I had a bad habit of chewing cinnamon sticks a lot when i was a kid.Anyways, let me assure you that this cinnamon tastes EXACTLY like Indian cinnamon used to taste in the past. It sweet, fragrant and tastes wonderful. It brought back some very sweet memories for me. Close your eye and BUY it. Totally and utterly worth it.
