A product which is the need of the hour a product for every Gelato/Icecream parlour a product desired by every Gelato fan. Prepare creamy Gelato with rich aroma in the most hassle free & simple way. Direction: Mix 290 gms of premix with 1000 gms of fresh milk & 100 gms of fresh cream (25% FAT). Whip/Mix well before use. Make sure the base is smooth & without any lumps. Once the base is prepared use it with any flavor of your choice.

Its a regular chocolate powder with some other ingredients to make fake ice-cream. The end product was hard. Leave aside Gelato it didn't even have the texture of a regular ice cream.
