Ajji's MetRice made me many friends in school. Her unique Metrice recipe and my friendship dabba was ready. How To Use Wash 200 Gm of basmati rice thoroughly. Add 2 cups of water and sticks of washed & cut lemongrass. Add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and 2 tsp of KPra metkut powder salt to taste and cook the rice Finely cut carrot french beans and par boil the vegetables. Heat a deep pan add 2 tsp olive oil or butter saute carrot and french beans for a minute add 1/2 tsp KPra Metkut and pinch of salt. Add rice Mix well and serve hot.
