For those wanting authentic brahmin flavour sevai or idiappam this is the product. It's not vermicelli and not maida noodle but almost 90% of the taste that you get from fresh hand made sevai less the trouble. Tip. Add some salt and a table spoon of gingerly oil when boiling.
