If you are a pro in regular dosa making, then you can nail this,otherwise it's gonna be a lump. It's textured like rava dosa , if you know the difference between rava and regular dosa, 1can easily make it. I added a lill baking soda for crispness and voila my absolute keto dosa is ready.

The product is good for nothing. There is no value for money. The flour does not cook properly. I have tried to cook it at a very thick consistency at different temperatures on a non-stick pan but it was a failure every time. Firstly, it took forever to cook, and the taste was bland. The flour is very difficult to work, for any kind of dish, such as dosa, cheela, uttapam or idli, I tried all these dishes and it just would not cook. The flour is so sticky that it would get very difficult to turn over the pan. You cannot cook at low heat at will remain raw, at a high flame the flour will stick to the pan. This is the worst purchase. Do not buy any product from this brand. The company is a big hoax.
