As parents we were really short of tasty and truly healthy options to feed our children. We soon realized that parents of other young children felt the same lack of options they could trust with their eyes closed. It felt like we HAD to do something to make things better. We also wanted to start a business which could be a force for good. We decided to follow our heart. We dug into recipes from our Grandmothers kitchens and ingredients like Millets from our childhood. And we decided we had to make them tasty. What followed was a whirlwind of childhood memories. My mum used to force a Ragi drink down my throat, I wish we could come up with a yummy way to eat Ragi". Our first product was a Chocolate Ragi Cookie, made by a childhood friend who is the most incredible baker. It is yummy!

I bought this product thinking it to be an healthier alternative, but although there is no maida, less oil/butter makes it stick to pan and so a lots has to be put which defeats the purpose.Taste wise beetroot and banana were good.Spinach was ok too.

I recently tried combo breakfast trial of Millé, and overall, I was very impressed. The beetroot dosa was a unique twist on traditional dosa and tasted great. The chocolate pancake was the perfect combination of sweetness and richness, making it a great indulgence for chocolate lovers. The banana chocochip pancake, on the other hand, was my favorite. The pancakes were fluffy and moist, and the banana and chocolate chips added a great flavor that was not too overwhelming.I also tried the normal pancake mix, which was good, but it didn't stand out as much as the other varieties. However, I appreciated the fluffy texture and how easy it was to prepare - just add water and cook!Finally, I tried the blueberry pancake mix, which I enjoyed, but I found it a bit too sweet for my taste. The dried blueberries added a nice burst of flavor, but I think reducing the sugar content would make it even better.Overall, I appreciated that all the mixes were a healthier snack option, and still tasted delicious. I also liked that they were easy to make, perfect for a quick and convenient breakfast or snack. If you are looking for a tasty and nutritious treat, I would definitely recommend giving any of the Millé pancake mixes a try.

Kids love to eat even though sweetness is very mild which is good for health for the consumer.. Flavour is also not strong which suggests minimal use of any artificial flavours
