A good and tasty alternate for full almonds, especially if you have recipes to be flavored with almond. Both the crunchy and creamy variants are good. If you prefer to consume it like a spread over your toast bread or something similar it would be interesting to get some crunchy chunks in it. The kids would love it. But if you prefer to add them to your shakes I would suggest you go for the creamy version, as the crunchy version leaves behind chunks and granules of almond at the bottom of the glass which you need to scoop out using a spoon. But if you like that then go for the crunchy version. It surely helps if refrigerates the bottle even before you opens it, as you will get thick chunks of the stuff which makes it easier to scoop out of the jar than in its original gooey form.Overall the product is really nice. Daily consumption of almond make great health benefits for you body. Especially for athletes & body building enthusiasts. BUT you must also keep in mind that like all nuts almonds also are packed with dense calories. Even a teaspoon of the almond butter makes a whole difference. So eat with caution as it may gain you unwanted weight if you are not disciplined.
