This butter has a very good original Almond taste.However it came in separation of 3 layers (normally is 2 layers for peanut butter) where you are (1) Oil layer (2) butter layer (3) completely powdery solid layer.The small bottle and its shape makes it really really difficult to mix everything and guess what you are left with powdery solid almond paste at the end.If I can not use the product properly it does not matter how good it is.
