The mayo is tasty and I dont expect it to be as good as veggie mayo that is not dairy free. On keeping or adding to salads, the mayo looses its creaminess. After a couple of weeks, the mayo lost its hold and stayed flat so does not really have a great shelf life after opening. They do have a good tasty product if the texture and life can be improved.

I used to buy funfoods diet mayonnaise as a vegan option. This one is superior in quality but so is 4 times costlier. Jar is very difficult to open.

I am a mayo lover but being vegan it is hard to find something that is decent to replace Hellman's. I also avoid Palm Oil as much as possible.
