The tin came in a dented condition, indicating poor quality in manufacture and handling. Many cookies were found to be broken inside on opening. Since the cookies are for my own consumption, I did not raise a formal complaint and request for refund, but I am definitely disappointed. I would definitely not recommend this product to any one.
