Always receiving broken, or dusty cookies. When I complaint tat the packaging was insufficient, in the big box less item big space to bang eachother. As I open more packets biscuits are worst than the picture taken. Instead of making some improvement in their packaging pattern The specialist team replied to me "you should not place order if you get broken cookies". Can you imagine the rudeness of the team? I order bcz the quality of biscuits are good. Also when there is some discount available. This is customer support from fresh......Also they mentioned feel the packet fm outside and reject it then itself, first of all how to get so much expert feeling plastic covers. And the delivery guys- do they wait tat long for you to feel judge decide..... Its crazy for me I don't know how others feel. This is my review
