Having grown up eating mom made kodbale, miss them especially not being in Karnataka anymore. Most of the kodbale found online or available in stores are no where close to the authentic taste. But this was quite close to the original taste.(Not talking about the fresh ones available in Mysore, Bangalore - lucky ppl!!!)There's a good crunch and the flavours are quite vivid but not overpowering. It is a bit on a spicier side but that's the point of kodbale :). Given the product is made of organically sourced ingredients, it gives a little relief over eating regular chemical laden snacks.It's a great attempt, by Pure and Sure to take authentic recipes all over. Helps people like us who miss our Desi food. ??
