MDH Chunky Chat is my absolute favourite chat masala. In the whole wide world !I've tried maybe 2 dozen different chat masala brands... but this one wins hands down. I carry it with me when I travel and that's saying a lot ! Literally have to declare this when I go to New Zealand, and the MAF Officer looks at me sideways.... I tell him to open and try it for himself, but am always afraid he may like it too much !!No, seriously, this is one of the best available. It has found the perfect balance of all taste sensations..... perfectly balances the saltiness, sourness and heat.... I am a chef mainly based in New Zealand, and have a good grasp on flavour profiles and balancing. This chat masala delivers.Highly recommend..... even if just to try. You're more than likely gonna get hooked !
